Delivery Policy

FREE delivery is standard on most orders. Packages are predominately delivered via Royal Mail & other secure couriers. Delivery times for all orders made in the UK typically takes 3-7 working days. Our customers will receive a tracking link so that they may track their orders online either through the couriers website or through the Zevelop Dashboard.

Same-day delivery is also available on some products and is subject to additional charges. As all same-day delivery slots are filled on a first-come first-serve basis, there may be a possibility that same-day delivery may be unavailable on some days due to an increase in demand. However fret not as we are continuously developing our logistical network to fulfil more same-day orders covering a wider radius.

Currently, we only delivery most of our products within UK but are working on expanding our logistical reach to more countries around the globe.

Same-Day Delivery Radius & Coverage

Currently for same-day delivery, we only cover the Greater Manchester area through our own logistical network. However we are working to open more dispatching centres throughout the major cities in the UK.

- For same-day delivery, spend over £40 for free delivery.
- For all orders under £40, a £4.99 same-day delivery charge will apply.

Returns Policy

From the moment you receive your order, a standard 14-days no quibble money-back guarantee will apply. You then have a further 14-days to return the package(s). Once we receive the returned packages, a refund will be made to your original method of payment.

All returns must meet the following requirements before being honoured:

- Goods are undamaged with original packaging and is in resellable condition. 

- Grocery items and perishables such as food & drinks with a short-shelf life will not be refunded unless faulty or damaged during transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.

- Products which impose a hygiene risk such as undergarments & face-masks will not be refunded.

You must pay for any postage charges for any returns made. Once goods have been received, they will be inspected and subsequently paid amount will be refunded through original method of payment within 7 working days. Refunded amount is exclusive of any delivery/postage charges where applicable. 

To submit a returns request, you can do so by logging into your Zevelop Account and selecting on your previous orders and if order is still within the 14-days period, you should see a request refund button next to it. You can also contact us and we will be able to assist you.
